XcelerateHR is the extension of XcelHR’s online employee and client self-service portal. The XcelHR group of companies is a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) which offers PEO, ASO and HR outsourcing services to small- and mid-sized businesses all across the United States. PEO help businesses minimize time and monetary investments in HR, benefits, and payroll administration in order to maximize the income-generating aspects of their business. This allows companies to concentrate more on the operations of their business, and in turn improving its effectiveness.
XcelerateHR provides a quick and easy information source for the employee “on the go”. Currently being offered for the iPhone and iPad platform (other mobile devices are in preparation), the application automatically synchronizes with the web based self-service portal and provides real-time distribution of payroll information, access to payroll history, as well as HR related forms, handbooks, and other documents. The mobile device’s camera and email function eliminates the need to manually scan or fax documents. Future enhancements will include personal time reporting functions, as well the ability to submit a variety of payroll and HR related updates – eliminating the need for many paper forms and allowing a quick, easy and secure way of communication for the mobile work force.
